Job Responsibilities
- Global key accounts management to achieve customer's satisfactions and company goals
- Develop own key accounts to achieve sales target
- Lead a team and improve team performance and products knowledge
- Manage and control installation schedules and orders of key accounts.
- Provide reports for sales measurement required by director and HQ
- Well communicate with concerned departments to find best solutions to problems
- Keep abreast of current market situation , products and transfer knowledge to staff
- Supervise and develop project managers to achieve team target
- Review set up schedules weekly one by one with project managers and sales administrator to guarantee number. 10 Manage opportunities in CRM to precisely forecast sales number
- Attend management meeting to present market feedback
- Responsible for team AR issues
- Responsible for slow moving items management of the team
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales function
- Good command of English and knowledge of computer skill
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
