Accounting and Finance Controller

Job Responsibilities
- Participate in daily accounting:
- Pay invoices with bank transfers
- Perform different accounting related tasks
- Streamline accounting functions and operations:
- Communicate with remote outsourced book-keepers and lawyers
- Check operational costs against contracts and budgets
- Follow-up with various parties to resolve issues related to costs and profitability
- Develop internal organizational documents, policies and procedures
- Analyse financial data:
- Control integrity of various data sources
- Perform data analysis using internal tools
- Monitor internal controls:
- Prepare and control cash flows statements of various financial institutions
- Prepare financial reports
- Participate in budgeting processes
- Coordinate audit processes:
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Provide support and backup to team members to the extent needed
- Assist with other tasks, assigned by Manager
Experience requirements
- At least 5 years experiences in Accounting and Finance
- Good command of English skills (both speaking and writing)
- Review the accounting and finance work prepared by outsource
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting
