Job Responsibilities
The Job which is required to be carried out at site is as below:
- Desktop / Laptop Support
- Printer Installation and troubleshooting
- OS installation and other software are to be configured in case of new machines
- Back up of user important /critical data on the Tape drive
- Managing the users day to day issues related to various machines/hardware’s/ WI-fi / Scanners etc
- Coordination with India Wipro Team for any new updates or issues as part of central support
- Coordination with vendors for any IT related hobs to be conducted at the site
Experience requirements
At least 2 years of working experience as IT support
Education requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Related Field
