Job Responsibilities
- Ensure effective planning of demand, material, and production that results in on-time delivery of quality products
- Responsible for planning the availability of the components to match with the customer requirement in term of delivery time
- Calculate and identify the order quantity required for each customer requirement and inform Purchasing Officer to issue the Purchase Order
- in a timely manner
- Follow up & update the security/ rolling stock of common parts based on customer forecast and information from Sales
- Control material shortage and contact with the purchasing department
- Generate production schedulers, management, controllers and coordinators, are involved in the logistics of supply chain management
- Monitor purchase orders and delivery schedules review order and most tasks involved keeping and updating records and information as well as
- coordinating purchasing co-workers
- Create and maintain the component portfolio to specify the trend of demand for products and quantity
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 - 10 years of experience in planning and procurement
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and SAP system
- Good command in English
- Analytical thinking and detail-oriented
