Job Responsibilities
- Establish and manage all human resources related activities including recruitment, compensation, career development, performance measurement, training and administrative function
- Oversee all administration related activities
- Coordinate with government office for the registration that related to human resource for new set up company
- Set training and career path development plan
- Advise on company salary structure and benefits to management
- Set performance management and improvement systems
- Manpower Planning and recruitment
- Employee orientation, Development and Training Assure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage and develop Employee relations
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree of human resource management or related field
- 10 years' experience in human resource with minimum 5 years' experience in management level
- Experience in new set up plant from manufacturing based company, automotive industry is preferable
- Good command of English (Speaking and Writing)
- Service mind and good interpersonal skill
- Active, Positive Attitude with commitment
