Operations Excellence Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Lead supply chain support functions consisting of planning, maintenance, and continuous improvement to strengthen supply capability and prepare for growth, foreseeing problems, provide integrated solutions to different functions, and dealing with uncertainties

Responsibilities:

Planning:

• In conjunction with sales and operations to develop and consolidate demand and supply plan covering short, medium and long term
• Accountable for preparing and leading S&OP processes and be the key person in any improvements
• Daily review stock and provide plan with sound justification to maintain customer service level
• Responsible for inventory control and maintain high accuracy both physical and SAP
• Prepare and monitor budget volume, and conduct gap analysis to meet supply chain targets

Maintenance:

• Develop and lead maintenance process
• Implement maintenance strategy to minimize downtime and ensure zero harm of all mechanical and electrical tools & equipment
• Prepare and control maintenance budget
• Support technical improvement projects in conjunction with Engineering Team

Continuous Improvement:

• Lead Continuous Improvement Program across functions
• Responsible for project management to ensure on time delivery of projects
• Engage and guide employees to use basic tools of Lean and Six Sigma
• Identify and translate best practice solutions from both internal and external sources

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Management
• 5+ years' s experience in Leading Continuous Improvement, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, S&OP process, Maintenance, Inventory Control
• Lean or Six Sigma certified (Green belt or equivalent) will be advantage
• Experience in Logistics or Warehouse Management Operations
• Fluent in English

Location : Based on Bangna Office but must travel to all 3 Service Center (company will provide car allowance)
