Job Responsibilities
- Reconcile invoices and prepare bank deposits.
- Manages Account Payable and Account Receivable with accurate processing.
- Ensures that all balance sheet amounts and General Ledger.
- Create and update expense reports.
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners.
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
Experience requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and Express.
- Able to communicate in English both writing and speaking.
- Experience background in construction or manufacturing.
- CPD License is preferable.
