Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware and software that is used in the organization.
- Manage system infrastructure such as servers, storage, networks, databases and end-user devices (including infrastructure hardware and software maintenance, upgrades and technology refreshes).
- Safeguard the smooth operations of the organization’s CCTV system Ensure all backups are completed and running successfully Implement and manage the procedures to ensure the security of data Schedule upgrades for obsolete systems/applications and patches for vulnerable systems.
- Provide user training, support, advice and feedback Evaluate and test the functionality of systems to ensure that they operate reliably.
- Maintain proper documentation on system, network and IT related equipment Recommend and procure IT-related equipment Maintain and review the IS Policies to ensure SLA compliance to our clients.
- Liaise with the banks’ representatives and external auditors during IT Audits.
- Liaise with both hardware and software vendors to ensure that terms of maintenance agreement are followed by all concerned.
- Responsible for establishing and executing of business continuity plan.
Experience requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, with knowledge of servers (Hardware and Software), storage (NAS & Raid), OS (Windows 10), virtualization (VMware & HyperV), networks (Vlan), Wifi Access Point, Firewall Policy, Office 365, Telephone system such as PABX & Predictive Dialer.
- Linux/Windows Desktop and Server experience Strong IT Network experience and knowledge Strong background in IT security and Compliance.
- Familiar with configuration of Kaspersky Security Center, Domain Controller, File Server, FortiGate Firewall, Door access control, Unifi Wifi access point, HP Aruba Switches, Qnap NAS will be advantage.
- Willing to work hard and learn new things
- Experience in Finance Business is preferable
- Good English Proficiency
Education requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or related discipline.
