Job Responsibilities
  • Develop the business opportunities, strategy, business plan and maintain the long-term relationship with existing customer and prospect customer
  • Set the team target and supervise sales staff to achieve the target
  • Lead, advise and motivate the sales staff to achieve the company goal
  • Manage the customer’s complaint, analyze the root cause, solve problem and response the solution or the result to customer
  • Manage the priority and credit term consideration including to provide customer’s financial information to Finance Department in order to reduce bad debt
  • Coordinate with production, service team and vendor to manage production plan
Experience requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Sales with more than 2 years in supervisory level
  • Experience to sell construction material or industrial equipment
  • Familiar to contact with main contractor or sub-contractor
  • Having good skills & knowledge of designing, developing SOP, negotiation, communication and interpersonal
  • Ability in problem solving, decision making, assimilate information and foster teamwork
  • Good command of English communication
Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering fields
