Job Responsibilities
- Develop the business opportunities, strategy, business plan and maintain the long-term relationship with existing customer and prospect customer
- Set the team target and supervise sales staff to achieve the target
- Lead, advise and motivate the sales staff to achieve the company goal
- Manage the customer’s complaint, analyze the root cause, solve problem and response the solution or the result to customer
- Manage the priority and credit term consideration including to provide customer’s financial information to Finance Department in order to reduce bad debt
- Coordinate with production, service team and vendor to manage production plan
Experience requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Sales with more than 2 years in supervisory level
- Experience to sell construction material or industrial equipment
- Familiar to contact with main contractor or sub-contractor
- Having good skills & knowledge of designing, developing SOP, negotiation, communication and interpersonal
- Ability in problem solving, decision making, assimilate information and foster teamwork
- Good command of English communication

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering fields
