Job Responsibilities
  • Manage operation at Counter Customer Service for VAT Refund, Member registration, Answer customer’s enquiry
  • Make Monthly Service Plan
  • Coordinate with related team for service support
  • Coordinate with HR for suggesting service training need
  • Make VAT refund report and other related
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • At least 3 years experience as customer service
  • Good command of English (Able to use for presentation, write report and email)
  • HSK3 or above
