Job Responsibilities
- Manage operation at Counter Customer Service for VAT Refund, Member registration, Answer customer’s enquiry
- Make Monthly Service Plan
- Coordinate with related team for service support
- Coordinate with HR for suggesting service training need
- Make VAT refund report and other related
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 3 years experience as customer service
- Good command of English (Able to use for presentation, write report and email)
- HSK3 or above
