Job Responsibilities
- To management sales team in area
- To integrate regional sales plans with analysis of key business risks / opportunities.
- To establish sales dashboard and monitor for strategic improvement purpose.
- To establish holistic sales reports with market and competitors’ movement analysis
- To create and update strategic sales and market database.
- To work with other cross-function for assignment / projects assigned.
- To identify opportunity to enhance sales penetration establishment and sales process recommendation.
- To keep a strong relation with all customer and find new customer new market and new opportunity for team
Experience requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in management sales team (heavy machinery product).
- At least 5 years’ experience in coordinate with Government agencies & state enterprises
- Familiar with construction machine and construction attachment.
- Good command in English skill
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
