Job Responsibilities
· Inspect regularly all office equipment and appliances for proper functioning for required maintenance and repairs.
· Prepare purchase request/order documents for all office expendable clerical supplies, cleaning and maintenance materials.
· Monitor the available stock and ensuring the proper organization, storage and inventory of purchases.
· Receive staff requests and prepare procurement requisitions for goods and services.
· Support program finance operations as needed, including the receipt and management of payment vouchers.
· Receive staff requests and prepare claim insurance documents/forms for staff benefits.
Experience requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong document formatting experience ideally from environmental consulting companies.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) including document templates.
- Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize work accordingly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and assertive, with strong organizational skills
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or related field.
