Full-stack developer (React)

We are looking for an experienced full stack web developer to help us build software.

You are passionate about software, especially building web applications. You may even have built a few in your free time. You take pride in producing good code. But you also know when to compromise.

Technology: We use Angular / React / Redux / Django / Postgres / Heroku. You have some experience with most of the stack and can jump in wherever necessary to get things done. At the same time, you have in-depth knowledge in some parts and will be the in-house expert in that area.

Processes: You know how to set up the toolchain. You know source control, testing and continuous integration. You have done code reviews from both sides. You probably have a love-hate relationship with agile software development processes.

As we have a lean team, we need people who can back each other up in most areas of the stack. At the same time, as the team matures, you can grow too by specialising in specific domain areas or roles.

At the same time, you will support our data analytics capabilities. That means that you know (or are willing to learn) the state-of-the-art in data science and quantitative finance. At the very least, you should be very familiar with the Python numerical libraries.

This is a great opportunity to work with experts in different areas of finance and technology, and possibly grow into a quantitative role in finance.

• University graduate, preferably in Computer Science
•  Experience building software (Angular / React / Redux / Django / Postgres / Heroku) and open for new grad
• Good communication skills, and Able to communicate in English
• Self-starter and is able to drive / complete deliverables independently
• Ability to be flexible, adapt quickly, and work under time constraints
• Strong team player
• Able to work effectively even in situations with ambiguity and uncertainty
