Job Responsibilities

·        Optimizing profits by controlling costs.

·        Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with suppliers.

·        Organizing sales visits - Dealer, Customers in Unit& Project segments (Pattaya, East area, Bangkok etc.)/ Education/ Factory/ Hospital/ Restaurant/ Horeca/ Hotel & Hospitality.

·        Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.

·        Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.

·        Ensuring core product/ alternative product quality and availability.

·        Preparing and presenting Project Tender reviews.

·        Working closely with the Project Sales Manager/ Project Sales Director.

·        Overseeing Project Tender Lists.

·        Assisting customers whenever necessary.

·        Organizing project schedule.

·        Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.

·        Motivating internal team and ensuring a focus on the mission.

·        Maintaining merchandise and a visual plan.

·        Assist the Project Sales Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.

·        Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)

·        Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.

·        Monitor tender item lists operating costs, budgets and resources.

·        Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs.

·        Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning.

·        Handle complaints from customers.

·        Create reports, like revenues, expenses and competition.

·        Completing tasks assigned by the Project Sales Manager accurately and efficiently.

·        Supporting Project Sales Manager as needed.

·        Develop and implement or monitor for Sales & Marketing strategies and trends.

·        Review Sales performance, training product and direct support to our dealer or partnership to meet Sales and exceed targets.
