Job Responsibilities
- Analyze tax issues in various transaction
- Advising tax considerations/ implications under Thai law (foreign law is advantage)
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents for tax purposes
- Regular consulting of clients
- Identify and manage tax risk and propose practical solution
- Coordinate tax planning to mitigate/ minimize tax exposure
- Review structuring of new business and projects to ensure tax efficiency
Experience requirements
- At least 3 years of experiences in Taxation law, tax advisory, tax compliance, tax due diligence, tax representative or transfer pricing id an advantage
- Possess a lawyer license
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Excellent analytical, crafting, communication and research skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Strong commitment to client service
- Professional, Enthusiastic and Proactive
Education requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Law
