Job Responsibilities
- Provide legal related company’s business issued to departments and coordinate with supportive information providing
- Review, draft and adjust contract
- Prepare legal documentation for the case
- Keep up to date for new change of legal term with business related
- Attend court to be company’s representative
Experience requirements
- Bachelor degree in Law
- Business English to communicate with MD
- Japanese language skill is an advantaged
- Experience as Lawyer in Law Firm is an advantaged
- Familiar with Japanese manufacturing culture
- Strong in communication, attending in details with research and drafting skills
