Job Responsibilities
- Understand technical requirement from customers
- Get customer requirements beyond customer specification
- Linkage customer requirements to production team to develop and improve product & service quality
- Advise product usage properly and provide technical support to customers
- Be the focal point of customer complaint and coordinate with related department for the best solutions
- Product training to Sales team and others
- A part of new product development and design team to develop the products
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree of electrical/electrical power engineering, business administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in marketing and design engineering in electrical industry
- Active, good communication, presentation with service mind Able to drive with driving license
- Flexible to work on customer's site in assigned area
