Job Responsibilities
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 
  • Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Campaign planning for Thailand clients or regional clients with a presence within Thailand.
  • Press release writing and translation.
  • Network with panel events and producers, broadcast and radio media savvy.
  • Client facing and able to work autonomously on accounts, reporting to a regional director and BU head based in Singapore. 
  • Ability to upsell services to clients such as regional outreach, social media add ons.
  • Experience in business development is a plus but the process will be taught, and development structured.
Experience requirements
  • Thai native speaker.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience joining a fast paced and rapidly growing regional PR agency. 
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, PR or relevant field.
