Job Responsibilities
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Campaign planning for Thailand clients or regional clients with a presence within Thailand.
- Press release writing and translation.
- Network with panel events and producers, broadcast and radio media savvy.
- Client facing and able to work autonomously on accounts, reporting to a regional director and BU head based in Singapore.
- Ability to upsell services to clients such as regional outreach, social media add ons.
- Experience in business development is a plus but the process will be taught, and development structured.
Experience requirements
- Thai native speaker.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience joining a fast paced and rapidly growing regional PR agency.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, PR or relevant field.
