Job Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales target by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expand company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
- Manage objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representative
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships especially for Dealer + Superstore & Modern Trade
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Experience in Sales over 3 years
- Good command of English
- Has own car with driving license
