Job Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of human resource and administration Initiate and establish the company rules and regulations, corporate value and culture as company requirement and direction
- Establish and implement human resource system
- Set human resource plan according to company goal
- Organize and coordinate with the external sector with relevant government departments and cooperative units in the operation and management of the company
- Salary survey and review of wages and benefits Process salary calculation and payroll system
- Responsible for employee relations and safety management in workplace
- Responsible for manpower planning, job analysis, recruitment and selection according to the needs and requirements of each position
- Set training plan and organize the implementation
- Manage company administration such as visa and work permit, accommodation, facility and supervise team e.g. cleaners, drivers, electricians, security guards
Experience requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource or any related field
- Over 5 years' experience in human resource and administration from manufacturing company in medium to large enterprise
- Direct experience in new set up company Good knowledge of labor law
- Good command of English Familiar with modern human resources and administrative management process, with profound writing skills and logical thinking ability
- Strong sense of responsibility and principle, have excellent organization, coordination and leadership ability
- Strong in motivation, communication, coordination, team leadership, strong sense of responsibility and career
Education requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource or any related field
