Job Responsibilities

·        Provide 1st level IT support for user

·        Configure and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, network connection and operating system

·        Work with client to prevent and remediate virus infection on user’s equipment

·        Troubleshoot problem of using office application e.g. Microsoft Office, Web browser and etc.

·        Provide support on devices connectivity

·        Escalate incident to next higher level of support ( nd Tier Support or 3rd Party) when incidents are outside Scope of Service

·        Coordinate with hardware/ software service providers related problems of desktop, laptop, printer, anti-virus software and related technology equipment

·        Work with and be trained by client IT team to support in-house applications (if any)

·        Create users on domain related email account granted, shared folders & network drive mapping, network authorization


Experience requirements

·        1-2 years of working experience in IT Support / Helpdesk Support

·        Knowledge of computer hardware, network and accessories.

·        Intermediate skill of MS Excel is mandatory. (Database/Pivot knowledge is preferred.)

·        Services mind oriented, good interpersonal skill and positive attitude, strong responsibility, good team work

·        Able to work individually with minimum guidance.

Education requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer science or related field.
