Job Responsibilities
· Work Order Management
· Follow up with field personnel to ensure ontime completion of work orders
· Work Order escalation and investigation
· Manage & secure physical site access
· Enforce Site Security Instructions
· Spare part coordination
· Escalate to obtain necessary spares
· Site Information Management
· Customer Incident Management Track and Manage Customer Incidents
Experience requirements
· 2-3 years’ experience within the Telecom Industry
· Experience in NOC
· Experience in Managed Service and Network Roll-out services
· Ability to work in stressful environment
· High Focus on delivering on commitment
· Good Communication skills
Education requirements
· University Diploma/ degree in Business or Engineering / ICT
