Job Responsibilities
- Set HR system such as set KPI, Performance management system, company benefit & welfare and policies.
- Operate HRM and HRD functions; such as recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, payroll and welfare.
Experience requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in HR field
- Experience in HRM and HRD
- Good communication, managerial, administration and problem solving skills
- Hands on, able to work alone and teamwork
Education requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in HR or related field.
