Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall human resources strategic including recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefit, employee relations, administration, safety and purchase
- Establish various human resource management systems and improved enterprise management processes, and organized implementation and supervision
- Formulate performance management standards of the group and improved the performance management system
- Formulate reasonable salary and welfare management system to be competitive and stability in the market
- Initiate the company policy, rules and regulations
- Being a key person to drive growth and enhance good relationship between company and employee
Experience requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in human resource management, psychological or related field
- Over 8 years of experience in human resource and organizational change with practical experience in new set up environment
- Familiar with human resource management and have a deep understanding of all functional modules of human resource management and development
- Good knowledge of labor law, salary and welfare system, employment mechanism and talent management
- Good command of English
- Active, multi-taksing, strong leadership
Education requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in human resource management, psychological or related field
