Job Responsibilities

  • Provide professional advice and best practice in the area of visa
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Coordinate with clients, internal and external parties
  • Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Experience requirements

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Strong problem solving, service mind, and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of English
  • Experience at VFS, TLS, Embassy. 

Education requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any field
