Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional advice and best practice in the area of visa
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Coordinate with clients, internal and external parties
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Experience requirements
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Strong problem solving, service mind, and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command of English
- Experience at VFS, TLS, Embassy.
Education requirements
- Bachelor degree in any field
