Procurement an Sourcing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

·        Develop supplier selection criteria, negotiate price, terms and conditions, cost reduction calculation

·        Research potential vendors, finding for new and/or old materials source, supplier quality-focused and manage approved supplier list

·        Utilize best practice procurement and sourcing strategies to drive value

·        Establish and build upon supplier partnerships

·        Negotiation with external vendors to secure advantageous terms and supply of goods

·        Lead supplier selection and supplier qualification process.

·        Set methods and procedures on procurement, supervise procurement made by subordinates.

·        Coordinate with the users on specifications and standard of products

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field

·        Minimum 15 years purchasing leadership in a manufacturing environment

·        Experience in the cosmetic, healthcare industry

·        Proven working experience as a purchasing manager, purchasing officer or head of purchasing

·        Strong analytical skill

·        Initiative and hands-on with a positive attitude

·        Good communication skill in English
