Job Responsibilities
- Manage, summarize and plan annual budget as well as budget forecast preparation
- Prepare cash flow analysis in each project
- Handle for RISK management and feasibility analysis with new partners as well as existing partners
- Prepare document and liaise with external auditors for year end report
- Analyze financial statement and report to management
- Reconcile all balance sheet and income statement account on monthly/ quarterly as indicated by monthly closing schedule
- Operation support in part of accounting process if any urgent case
Experience requirements
- Bachelor degree in related field
- CPD license
- Good command in English (communicate with Japanese MD)
- At least 15 years experience in Finance and Accounting role and over 5 years in management role
- Experience in Risk Management and Risk Control
- Working experience in Trading, Retail, Warehouse or Distributor
- Background in Food industry is an advantaged
- Understand Japanese working style
