Job Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze sales to launch marketing activity
- Planning and delivering CRM strategy to reach target customers
- Organize Event marketing to increase customer engagement
- Research business-related topics to support sales and increase sale volume
- Launch small group activity and taking care VIP group of customers to promote customer retention and customer loyalty
- Collect data and generate related reports
- Implement and promote CSR activity
Experience requirements
- At least 5 years solid working experiences in data analysis and CRM field.
- Extensive experience of direct CRM & digital marketing ideally or related industry.
- Experience using advanced tool in Excel
- Flexible, Proactive and Able to work under pressure
- Driving License
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or any related field
