Job Responsibilities
- Focus on HR Organization Development to set road map for new set up company
- Create and plan for strategic HR policy, process and system
- Develop and make standard of human development system
- Liaise and collaborate with other teams among organization to gather information and analyze
- Work closely with management team and summarize report for result
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resource management, Political or any related field
- At least 2 years of experienced in HROD, or HRD
- Business level in English
- Good at communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
