Job Responsibilities
- Managing and controlling Manufacturing
- Supervise and manage all Managers in Manufacturing
- Manufacturing Project controlling and give advice to the team
- Taking responsibility for Manufacturing and manpower planning, determining manpower & machine requirements to meet company target
- Control and manage the budget and cost of Manufacturing
- Vision and Goal setting for next 5-10 years
- Coach and develop all Managers to be great leader
- Respond and solve business situation to meet company policy
- Support and promote Quality, TPM, 5S, QCC and Kaizen activity
- Conducting and overseeing meeting of Manufacturing
- Reporting directly to Factory GM
- Participate and support all company activity as assigned by GM
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field
- At least 10 years of experience as a Manufacturing Manager
- Excellent team leadership, interpersonal, negotiation ability
- Great leadership skills, management skills, coaching skills, communication skills
- Good Logical thinking, Critical thinking and Problem Solving
- Good knowledge of ISO14001, IATF16949 and TPS systems (or related system)
- Good command in English
- Able to speak Japanese will be an advantage
