Job Responsibilities
- Handle with existing customer’s requests or complaints and manage sales executives' activities
- Contact with existing and potential customers as the company’s representative to comprehend requirements, provide updated details, discuss incoming projects
- Ensure the services are meeting customer requirements and expectations with sufficiency
- Maintain customer relationship and satisfaction level
- Monitor and analyze sales, profit, and loss to determine proper pricing strategies and optimize profitability
- Coordinate sales activities with internal sales
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Good command English language
- Computer Literacy
- Experience 1 years up in Sale fields, Logistics, Freight Forwarder is advantage
- FDA(Food and Drag) Import License knowledge
