Job Responsibilities
  • Handle with existing customer’s requests or complaints and manage sales executives' activities.
  • Contact with existing and potential customers as the company’s representative to comprehend requirements, provide updated details, discuss incoming projects, and ensure pending issues are close.
  • Ensure the resources are meeting customer requirements and expectations with sufficiency. 
  • Maintain customer relationship and satisfaction level both existing, and prospects to explore business opportunities with positive communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales, profit, and loss to determine proper pricing strategies and optimize profitability.
  • Coordinate sales activities with internal sales and global sales.
Experience requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing functions with automotive manufacturing background.
  • Good command of English (TOEIC Score: 550)
  • Good computer literacy in MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
  • Good communication and coordination skills with a positive attitude and dynamic personality.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other related fields
