Job Responsibilities
- Customer service (by email and phone): booking, arrange, manage order
- Plan new promotion and new project (In the future)
- Invoice, payment tasks
- Manage website (They have IT team but needs to handle basic web management.)
Experience requirements
- Good command of Japanese: JLPT N3 up (Wrote website in Japanese)
- Have basic computer literacy
- Good communication skill
- Have customer service experience in tourism/hotel/retail etc
