Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
- Verify data and new vendor account by using Dynamics AX system
- Responsible for VAT purchase and VAT undue
- Prepare budget and control
- Analyze budget by comparing with actual expense
- Conduct P/L analysis
- Input payroll data, provident fund and social security
- Prepare consolidation package
- Perform month-end and year-end closing
- Submit CIT, PND 50,PND 51 to Revenue Department
- Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
- Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Accounting
- Minimum 10 years working experience in Accounting from manufacturing business
- Experience in month/year end closing account
- Strong Knowledge of CIT, VAT and WHT, Tax regulation
- Knowledge of BOI
- High level of accountability, hard working and able to work under pressure
- Good English communication and presentation
- Strong leadership, analytical skill with positive thinking
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Accounting
