Accounting Manager

As the team leader, you will use experience you have acquired in the past as well as 

excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, the ability to prioritize tasks, and strong personal 

character to help your team perform and grow. Your team will benefit from your good listening skills, tailored coaching, and planning.

Responsibilities:

• Guide the accountant in completing their work and by extension acting as the final level of review
• Communicate with local bank/audit firm/tax authority and other departments for the finance, audit, tax and other administrative topics
• Cooperate/communicate with Head Quarter Accounting Team in China to ensure the smooth process of all Accounting procedures
• Ensure all Accounting activities comply with TAS and group regulations
• Cooperate with Head Quarter Accounting, local Management and responsible for the Budget, Business Planning and Cash Flow Management

• Experience in leading a team
• Strong communication skill with integrity
• At least 5 years of experience working in full spectrum of Accounting (MNC experience is preferred)
• CPD license is a must and other International Accounting qualification is preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Possess team spirit with the ability to work independently using your own initiative when appropriate
