Job Responsibilities
· Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
· Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
· Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences and Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
· Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions and Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Experience requirements
· Proven working experience in digital marketing or relevant field at least 5 years
· Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns,
· Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
· Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
