Job Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with Customer, Warehouse, Accounting, Sales & Marketing
- Review OOB change machine, Transfer spare parts to branch, Quotation, Pretty cash
- Train employees, identify, analyze and repair product failures, order and replace parts as needed
- Determine and recommend which products or services best fit customers’ needs
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- Over 10 years of experience in Technical Service or Customer Service
- Experience from machinery business
- Ability to communicate in English
- Strong Customer service skills and knowledge of CRM system
- Familiar with Winspeed system operation
