Job Responsibilities
- Be the team leader in Account Management side, to lead agency’s transformation in response to client’s business
- Pair up with Executive Strategic Planning Director, to produce agency’s proposal to client
- Incorporate with Japanese Management, to align with company’s direction and movement
- Be the window person with Executive Vice President of the client side, to become his trusted hand
Experience requirements
- At least 10 years experience as Marketing (at least Marketing Manager level), with experience in advertising agency process
- Strong leadership skills and excellence project management
- Know dynamic of online with experience in database utilization that contributes to overall strategy
- Flexible in work, fast actions, decisive in directions
- Great in presentation with strong persuasion & negotiation skills
- Proactive mindset
- Humble and pleasant personality to work with various background of people
- Passionate and keen in Automobile Industry
- Excellence in English
- Golf as hobby is preferred
