Job Responsibilities
· Managing the charities and community activities of overall to ensure that it benefits the local communities as well as the Company objectives.
· To be responsible for establishing effective working relationships with clients.
· To formulate and execute proactive strategies in order to better fulfill our responsibility and enhance the image of the Group.
· Adherence to labor standards.
· Strong event and time management.
· Able to translate ideas into action with quality performance.
· Analytical, innovative, independent and attentive to details.
Experience requirements
· Master Degree or Higher in Human Resources or related field
· 10 years of directed experiences or more related in the roles
· Having knowledge about Code of Conduct
· Strong communication skills, both spoken and written in English
· Ability to be flexible, adapt quickly, and work under time constraints
· Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
