Job Responsibilities
- Manage all day to day transactions includes AR, AP and General ledger.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Summary purchases/sales tax invoice.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Summit taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Accounting and Financial role.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Communicable in English language both speaking and writing.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Understanding of accounting and reporting standards.
