Application Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

·        Provide technical support, problem analysis to the customer and run test trials at the customer site

·        Define the best customer technical solution

·        Analyse customer requirement and propose a solution

·        Contact new and existing customers to present product and services

·        Develop technical competence of the local sales teams in line with agreed priorities

·        Prepare the commercial offer in collaboration with the local sales team

·        Support Sales Department towards a successful transaction

·        Support sales activities such as pre-sale, demonstration, presentation

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in chemistry, Petrochemical or Business Administration

·        At least 3 years experience in one or more of the following industries: Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, an Engineering company involved in oil & gas projects

·        Experience in sales, application, marketing role

·        Good communication in English (Speaking, Writing)

·        Ability to organize and run practical demonstration at customer sites

·        Strong business acumen and sales capabilities
