Job Responsibilities
- Manage and control project as Project Management both method and man power
- Analyze situation and coordinate with related team to make smooth process
- Control budget
- Solve problem and support team as well as provide guidance
- Coordinate and manage with sub-contractor
- Set meeting and share information to achieve project’s goal
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field (Electrical, Construction)
- At least 8 years experiences as Project Management in construction or electrical related plant
- Experience to manage team (over 500 staffs)
- Leadership, negotiation and communication skills
- Good communication skill of English
- Understand well in Japanese working culture
- Logical, systematical thinking, self-management skill
- Able to travel and visit site
