Job Responsibilities
- Install basic program and window.
- Basically troubleshoot program.
- Check and update backup file server, LAN network and internet network.
- If they cannot troubleshoot due to high level of technical issue, they have to contact with outsource for supporting.
- Support HR to record data about leave, late and OT.
- Prepare HR document such as insurance, reimburse, etc.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields
- New grad is also welcome
- Experience as IT support would be advantage.
- Multi-task and able to work with many documents.
- Communicate in English
