Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall Human Resource Performance in terms of HRM & HRD including strategic Plan, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training & Development and others.
- To ensure corporate HR programs, procedures and policies are implemented to fulfill for organizational and business needs.
Experience requirements
- Master Degree/Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management /Psychology or Business Management or relate fields with minimum 10 years experience in related field
- Generalist background with broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development
- Able to work in a team environment or independently and deal with multi-tasks effective and strong ability to perform well and be unfailingly diplomatic in a high pressure and complex environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to envision and deliver innovative solutions
- Proven analytical, planning, and organizing skill, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to listen effectively, respond appropriately, and maintain mutual comfort level while relating to a diverse workforce, proactive of working style, Continuous self improvement
- Strong knowledge in labor law and excellent in written and spoken English
