Job Responsibilities
- Support payment for Japanese customer who used medical insurance service in ASEAN country
- Collect the Medical questionnaire and invoice from the hospital and translate them into Japanese
- Check the entry data
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good command of Japanese(N2 up)
- Good command of English
- Have working experience at Call Center Or Medical Interpreter experience
- Computer literacy(MS Office)
- Fast learner, well organized, self-motivated
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
