Purchasing & Production Control Manager

Purchasing Part 

• Guides implementation and/or administration of purchasing & Production Planning policies, guidelines, programs and standards
• Manages completion of unit's purchasing & production planning budget planning and related reporting.
• Decides / co-decides and allocates financial and personnel resources
• Source qualified local suppliers and make detailed supplier development strategies
• Ensures observation of relevant (regional or worldwide) supplier markets and the respective accredited suppliers. Develops and maintains a solid work-style with suppliers, on an accountable level. Manage risk and assessment of suppliers, strategy planning with managements
• Ensures an appropriate source process and order management for assigned commodities, semi-products and/or services, for the unit
• Ensures regular execution of supplier audits with quality department, according to given guidelines, work together to keep supplier serial supply quality stable with quality department
• Ensures that cost, quality, quantity and other agreed contract conditions for the goods provided will be met.
• Acts as escalation point of contact for any deliveries, which do not meet the agreed contractually stated criteria.
• Ensures cooperation with Internal customers (requisitioners) & External customers for FAI ( First Aticle Inspection) process, Technical clarify, delivery items
• Manages a team of professional source and supplier development staff
• Encourage team to achieve the target of organization ( OPEX/CAPEX Saving, Material Saving, PPM, Contract management, Total Payable, Consignment, Localization, Delivery Reliability, Vendor Lean etc.)
• Supporting inventory reduction, lead-time reduction etc.
• Handle with ECO,Follow-up status

Production Planning Part 

• Controlling supply chain management in order to support production, customer requirement, comply with the legal, import and export control, quality system based on the regulation which included finding the strategy, knowledge & expertise by education and engagement subordinates to achieve their goals and growing up
• Overall lead, manage and develop team members to achieve targets about OTD (Order to delivery), accuracy, Control WIP(Work in process) and inventory
• Ensure warehouse management which included material, factory supplies and finished goods

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering fields 
• Equivalent experience with at least 8 years of Automotive with Purchasing and Production Control field
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Good computer literacy 
• Able to relocation
