Job Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include supporting existing accounts, as well as playing a key role as you drive adoption of CRM initiatives for companies across all verticals
- Support to our customer base and Understand customer requirement
- Provide remote IT support and maintenance services to a customer
- Develop & provide consultation to a customer on the design, setup, and implementation of the Big Data Technology & infrastructure
- Manage projects and effectively resolve customer issues
- Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of client deliverables
- Document and prepare service report to customer
- Manage help desk system internally
- Able to work in shift
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time and the quality is met
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT related fields
- 1-2 years experiences in the IT Support field
- Knowledge of software installation and setting up
- Knowledge of Operating System (Linux, Cloud Technology) and TCP/IP Networking
- Basic SQL language skill
- High ability to learn new technology
- Good communication skills
- Having Service-minded
- Knowledge about CRM is a plus

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT related fields
