Job Responsibilities
- Develop business consulting services leads in Automotive, Hi-Tech, Electronics, Chemical & Materials Manufacturing, Retail & Distribution, Hospitals, Trading and Services, Food & Beverage industries in Thailand.
- Build relationship key contacts with new clients through multiple channels, including networking, marketing programs, events, and seminars.
- Understand business consulting services in Business Process Improvement, Finance & Accounting Solution, SCM and Production Improvement Solutions, and HRM/HRD Solutions.
- Identify opportunity for solution, by understanding clients’ issues based on the industry knowledge and insight.
- Drive and facilitate proposal activities to deal closure, coordinating with Consulting Team in Thailand. Mainly the proposal will be created by Consulting Leads and not BD but need to provide input from business perspective of the background and objective of consulting needs from clients. Close opportunities with the Consulting team is the key activity of BD.
- Maintain long term relationship with clients with C level senior management to continuously expand business.
- Assist planning and execution of marketing programs and events. Consultants will hold seminars to attract new clients. BD will support on the plan, facility selection, budget control, marketing activities, creating leaflets, creating contact list and follow up sales activities.
- Proceed sales administrative process and support the lifecycle of consulting project.
Experience requirements
- Business level English
- Japanese skill would be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Competency skills (logical thinking, negotiation, team leadership)
- Having relationship with Thai management in industries above, and especially in manufacturing industry in Thailand
- Knowledge and insight of business issues in manufacturing industry
- Experience in selling Business Consulting service, IT Software Service, IT Solutions Service in Thailand
- Basic understanding of Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Production, Finance and Accounting, IT solutions.
- Having sales experience at business consulting firms
- Advantage of sales experience at business application software like ERP, SCM. HR, CRM and etc.
- Having knowledge and insight of business processes
