Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and improve production process flow (SMT and Assembly)
- Machine operation supervision and machines troubleshooting
- Monitor machine efficiency and manpower utilization to the production plan in each process to make efficiency and optimized cost
- Budget planning and controlling in the product line management
- Process and Productivity improvement, yield, line balance
- Co-ordinate and work closely with development engineer on new process to support new productions development
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
- Apply technology and technical to manufacturing process
- Support staff to achieve the Company’s objectives related with product quality
- Work with related department regarding technical items/issues
- Provide technical expertise to support product design for production
Experience requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experiences in production function in electronics industry (PCBA)
- Familiar with SMT and assembly process, able to coordinate production planning and manpower and material arrangements
- SMT machine (FUJI SMT machine (NTX and XPF)) is a plus
- Good command of English
- Able to work under pressure and availability to work as assigned
- Mature, strong leadership with people management skill
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
