Job Responsibilities
- To manage overall Human Resource full spectrum (Recruitment, Training and Development, Organization Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefit and Administration)
- To initiate valued company culture and morale to embed in all company employee
- To establish more effective and efficient HR systems
- Act as key user of HRIS and give feedback to improve the system with IT programmer and consultant team
- To set KPI, competency for each department and improve performance assessment to achieve company goal
- To do training need survey, individual development program, career path and succession plan for short-term and long-term development
- To conduct survey and create employee relations activities that affect employee engagement
- To act as single point for any project and assignment that related to company human resource matter
- To conduct analyze and set strategic action plan that leads to organization change
- To be an advisor in human resource related matters to management
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Political Science or related field
- 10-15 years experience in Human Resource from manufacturing industry
- Strong experience in HRIS set up and implementation and payroll system
- Strong leadership, good logical and analytical thinking, good communication and managerial skill
- Active, Service-Minded, Can-Do attitude, Self and Team Driven
Education requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Political Science or related field
